Cardinal Road Reserve - New Park Construction

Merri-bek City Council (formerly Moreland City Council) purchased 132-134 Cardinal Road in Glenroy to create a new park. This project was publicly tendered and Evergreen Civil were successful in being awarded the tender.

The end result is a beautiful playspace for the locals and it was well received accordingly. The works entailed:

·        Drainage works, including pipes and aggie drains

·        Co-ordination of play equipment installation (including water play items)

·        Construction of rubber soft fall pavements

·        Supply and installation of Corten steel fencing panels

·        Supply and installation of bespoke street furniture

·        Feature boulder rock work

·        Granitic gravel pathways

·        Concrete seating wall

·        Soft landscaping and tree planting

·        Establishment and maintenance of landscaping works
